Membership renews every 90 nights. It can be skipped or cancelled from the account page at any time. A reminder email is sent one week before each box ships.
Shipping and refunds
- Orders ship within three business days. Delivery to US addresses takes 7 to 15 days. Tracking is emailed.
- Free shipping on orders over $49. United States only.
- First box refundable within 30 nights of delivery, no return required, once per customer. Renewal boxes are not refundable.
Who should not use it
- Anyone who cannot breathe comfortably through the nose, or has a cold or blocked sinuses
- Anyone who has had alcohol or sedatives that evening
- Anyone diagnosed with, or who suspects, a breathing disorder during sleep, including sleep apnea, unless their doctor says otherwise
- Children
- Anyone with an adhesive allergy who has not done a patch test
