Email hello@stillseal.com. Say what happened in your own words and include your order number if you have one. Nothing goes to a bot.

Where is my order?

Orders leave within three business days and reach US addresses in 7 to 15 days. You get a tracking link by email when the box ships. If the tracking has not moved for five days, email us and we will chase it.

Skip a box or cancel

Log in to your account, open your subscription and choose skip or cancel. A week before each box ships you get an email reminder, so there is time to change your mind. If the account page gives you trouble, email us and we will do it for you the same day.

Refund on the first box

If the first box is not for you, write to us within 30 nights of delivery. We refund the first box to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You do not need to send anything back. This applies to the first box, once per customer. Renewal boxes are not refundable, which is why we send the reminder email.

Change your address or payment card

Both are on your account page. If a box has already shipped, we cannot redirect it, but tell us and we will sort out the next one.

Something arrived damaged or missing

Email a photo and your order number. We send a replacement, no questions.

Skin reaction

Stop using the tape and let the skin settle. If you want to try again later, do a patch test on the inner arm for a day first. If the reaction was strong, ask for the refund. We do not want you pushing through it.
